From the beginning of our trip planning Lauren was the key ingredient to making it all work, whether it was resort reservations, meal plan advice, itinerary for which Disney parks to do when, lightning lane pass ideas, or contacts for strollers and shuttles. When a winter storm cancelled all our flights to Disney World, Lauren jumped in to guide me through the turmoil. My little one wanted to celebrate her 8th birthday at Disney World – and we did! Lauren did everything for us – from setting up the resort reservation, dining plan, memory maker, Bibbidi Bobbidi Boutique, and so much more. I have worked with Lauren for several trips and will continue to do so! This trip got a bit complicated because we had to cancel and rebook several months later for personal reasons. She helped us every step of the way, including booking an unfortunately cancelling the initial trip, submitting an insurance claim, and rebooking the trip several months later. I told my husband that I wanted to celebrate my 60th birthday at Disney World. Lauren helped him plan everything! She recommended restaurants for us to dine and got all the reservations we wanted. When we wanted to add a day, we couldn’t find anything on Disney property that wasn’t deluxe. This would only be for one night. Mark asked Lauren for recommendations outside of Disney and she was able to find us a room at the All Star Sports for the night! She goes above and beyond for her clients and will definitely use her again!

12 years ago I began my initial preparations for a Disney trip with 6 of my kids in tow . Ages ranging from early 20’s down to 15 yrs and a plus one w/ a Senior member of the family 68 in tow. This was no small trip . No! Definitely Not the one with a camping tent close to home …this was a grand Disney Cruise European tour . Reviewing the many options and transfers , I quickly realized that With a party this size and this far from home , I knew there was little room for error. Consequences in even a timing slip up could be most unpleasant …so….I googled a bit more on Disney travel and found Lauren’s link and the call was made . From the east coast to the west coast time changes , Lauren worked diligently to create a World Class trip that the kids STILL talk about to this day! Since then, It’s been 12 wonderful years of countless Disneyland, Disney World and now as a Platinum level Disney cruise line member , we have 14 trips with Lauren! Planning a Disneyworld vacation is no joke, especially when it’s your first time and you have no idea what you’re doing. Lauren made the whole experience of planning the trip stress free. We told her what we wanted, and she made it happen. She was quick, responsive, very informative, and took care of everything swiftly and efficiently. Lauren also was able to speak from first hand experience, providing advice and guidance on things to do / not do for planning our first trip. We started booking with Lauren a few years ago on a Family Cruise, and she is the absolute best. Regardless if she is busy or at a conference she always get right back to us with great information and helpful tips. I tried to book a Disney Trip by myself and paid the price. Lauren was fantastic arranging our trip to Florida! She was able to change our tickets the day before we left so that we saved money and got more time in the parks. Great experience!!

Lauren provided us with a perfect 4 days at Cabana Bay Orlando. We had specific requests for a suite for 8 (4 grandsons and 4 adults). The suite was exactly what we needed. She handled our requests for shuttles and transportation to and from airport. Lauren is always on top of things and is a great great planner for our vacations. Would never consider using anyone else!!! We are a unique family of 5, 3 adults, 2 kids and it is not always the easiest thing to find accommodations for us. She has always come through. I used to book my WDW trips myself and it was very time consuming and hard to figure out how or when I could try to make any type of reservations. Once upon a time there was a travel agent named Lauren who helped make all of our Disney vacation wishes come true. Like our own personal fairy godmother Lauren was able to do her magic to make sure we had the best vacation ever. Lauren booked the hotel we absolutely had to have, she was up at 6:00 a.m. one morning making a dining reservation for us at Cinderella’s Royal Table and she reserved a fireworks boat cruise for us that we never heard of until we listened to the Fab 5 Podcast. Lauren’s expertise, knowledge and professionalism shine through as bright as the fireworks over Cinderella’s Castle. We can’t wait to plan our next vacation with her help.

Lauren was outstanding! I loved the emails she sent the month or so before the trip that gave tips on everything from Genie+ priorities to where to stand for the fireworks. I printed all of it and used it throughout the week. She could not have been nicer or more helpful in planning the trip. This was our 3rd year booking our Florida Disney World and Universal Studio vacation. Every year Lauren books our trip. She is amazing and takes care of every detail. We literally don’t worry about a thing. Our hotels are booked, restaurant reservations are taken care of, park tickets, and travel are all done with Lauren through Pixie Vacations. For our Oct. 22 – Nov. 2 trip we used Lauren for the second time. Again she was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was able to get the military discount for us at CS, but then when I found out that POR was going to open right before we got there she was able to transfer both rooms with a better military discount then CS. She got all the ADRs that we wanted. Even though she went on some trips for business she still was able to answer and get things for us. I highly recommend her and I have to other people.

Lauren is absolutely amazing with all of your travel needs. She has helped us with 3 past Sandals trips and 2 futures so far. She has recommended us to change resorts when she didn’t feel that location would fit our personalities and I’m grateful for her experience and knowledge to provide us with our best vacation possible. She has also helped us with booking our extras such as club mobay, insurance etc. A simple email is all it takes and she handles all the rest. The experience and customer service we received from Lauren was absolutely 2000% beyond our expectations. We were scheduled to go to Mexico in March 2020 right when the Covid-19 Stay at Home orders were being discussed but not yet implemented. As my wife said, ” I’ve never had someone work so hard to lose a commission.” AND THIS IS AN ABSOLUTE COMPLIMENT! Lauren kept us informed up to the minute as to the status of our trip. We were scheduled to fly out at 7 AM on Monday, and finally canceled our trip at 11 PM Sunday night after, at that time, (11PM ON SUNDAY!)
