For our Oct. 22 – Nov. 2 trip we used Lauren for the second time. Again she was absolutely wonderful to work with. She was able to get the military discount for us at CS, but then when I found out that POR was going to open right before we got there she was able to transfer both rooms with a better military discount then CS. She got all the ADRs that we wanted. Even though she went on some trips for business she still was able to answer and get things for us. I highly recommend her and I have to other people.
