We have used Lauren the last 2 years to plan our vacation to Universal Studios Florida. Lauren made things so easy I contacted her again this year to help plan our family vacation. She made the whole trip completely effortless. We live in Colorado and she kept us updated with the entire process via email , with the time difference it made things so convenient.
